Lemon/Nibs

I Love citrus cookies and have a few favorites that I make but I'm always looking for new twists I modified a honey lemon cookie recipe and was super happy they are really soft not too sweet and refreshing!

I received these wonderful Cacoa Nibs from Sur La Table {Thanks Sue!}. These are intriguing. I tried their recipe for short bread cookies on the side and they are really good!Love the texture!
There are tons of recipes to try.These will be around my kitchen at all times!
